Job Description
The Programme to Support Decent Work in Guatemala aims to contribute to sustainable poverty reduction through the strengthening of conditions for decent, productive, and inclusive employment, in line with the National Dignified Employment Policy (PNED). The programme promotes the necessary tools for the operation of the PNED, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, and labour market information systems.
Requirements
- Support the technical coordination of the implementation of Result No. 5 of the Programme
- Provide technical assistance to the State to strengthen fundamental principles and rights at work
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations, observations, and commitments derived from the ILO’s supervisory bodies
- Support the design, review, and validation of technical, normative, and operational instruments related to the effective application of international labour standards
