Tax Administration Resident Advisor - CAPTAC-DR - Guatemala

The IMF is seeking a Tax Administration Resident Advisor to support CAPTAC-DR member countries in designing and implementing tax administration reforms. The advisor will provide technical and operational advice, prepare and deliver workshops, and manage the tax administration program.

Requirements

• High level of knowledge in tax administration, legislative and regulatory environment, and information technology.
• Extensive practical experience in core operations of a tax administration and senior management position.
• Ability to work as part of a team, maintain effective relations with national authorities and donors, and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
