Job Description
Lab Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (Radio-pharmacy) is responsible for preparing, quality controlling, and handling radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring safe compounding, storage, and distribution of radioactive materials, adhering to strict safety and regulatory protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiopharmacy, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiopharmacy is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical laboratory or radiopharmacy setting.
- Registered (or meet the requirements for registration, if currently working abroad) to the Ugandan Allied Health Professionals Council
