Job Description
The Medical Officer of Ophthalmology Unit will be involved in patient care, conducting examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing surgical procedures. Participation in research and health data collection is mandatory.
Requirements
- MB.Ch.B. or equivalent from a recognized University
- General practitioner, recently specialized, or attending M.Med. in Ophthalmology or equivalent
- Registered with the Ugandan Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
- Less than 3 years of Hospital activity and experience in a general, regional referral or national referral hospital
