Job Description
The Nursing Officer of Paediatric Ward oversees the nursing care provided to infants, children and adolescents in the Paediatric Ward, managing Assistant Nursing Officers and Enrolled Nurses.
Requirements
- B. Sc. Degree in Nursing from recognized University / Institution
- Registered with the Uganda Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Post Basic Diploma in Child Health Nursing preferred
- Minimum six (6) years in pediatric unit or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years as Senior Assistant Nursing Officer in Pediatrics or equivalent
