Job Description
The Senior Consultant is responsible for the CCU, performing visits, guard shifts, and prescribing diagnostic tests and therapies. They report to the Chief of Unit and attend periodic meetings with other medical professionals.
Requirements
- MB.Ch.B. or its equivalent from a recognized University
- M.Med. in Cardiology
- Registration with the Ugandan Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of work experience in Cardiology
- 3 years of experience in CCU in a general, regional referral or national referral hospital
- Scientific research titles in Cardiology or related sectors
