Job Description
Internet Brands is seeking an experienced Corporate Development Associate to support strategy, M&A, and business development. This role involves working with the VP of Corporate Development to drive strategic initiatives across various areas of the organization, leveraging data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or Business (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years in corporate development, strategy, or operations
- Strong analytical skills in financial and operational analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of key industry concepts (digital marketing, legal tech, corporate development) (preferred)
