Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Department in El Segundo. The primary focus will be to support our internal Legal Team in day-to-day operations of the Company with potential specializations in contract management, intellectual property maintenance, legal and regulatory compliance initiatives and general corporate and litigation matters.

Requirements

• Support the Legal Team with all aspects of contract intake and management
• Maintain the corporate intellectual property portfolio
• Assist in the review of marketing related materials
• Assist in the compliance review of new products, services, and features
• Research applicable laws, regulations, codes, and publications
• Update legal reference books and attend legal webinars
• Coordinate legal documents, bills/invoices, litigation activities, various audits and special projects
• Support the Legal Team with due diligence for potential M&A and other corporate transactions
