Job Description
The Cruise Group Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Nexion's Block Space Group Program. This role will focus on strategically securing group space, accurately loading and maintaining cruise group data within internal systems, and tracking group materialization to maximize tour conductor revenue.
Requirements
- Travel industry experience preferred (cruise experience strongly preferred)
- Salesforce experience is highly desirable
- Experience working with cruise line systems such as Cruising Power (Espresso) and One Source (Polar Online) preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
