Job Description
Network Support Engineer responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in network support or network engineering roles
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and network security principles
- Experience with network monitoring and ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP Network+) are an advantage
