Sr. Corporate Travel Consultant

At ALTOUR, we are a globally recognized leader in corporate travel management, seeking a Sr. Corporate Travel Consultant to work with a leading patient transfer and medical travel client. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in patient care, offering the best-in-class travel consultation.

Requirements

• 5 years' travel selling experience
• 5 + years' customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Experienced in international travel bookings and process
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Exceptional customer service approach
• Excellent travel industry knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow up
• Mastery in Travelport+/Galileo GDS, GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing
• Corporate travel experience required
• Experienced handling of multiple accounts
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to embrace change; adaptable
• Leadership Abilities
• Strong understanding of own skill set and development opportunities
• Takes direction, offers suggestions, and asks for appropriate guidance when applicable
• Demonstrates exceptional teamwork
• Proactively offers support when ability matches need
• Acts as a leader among peers
• Consistently demonstrates master of the guiding principles in daily work habits
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers and leaders when appropriate
• Ability to handle most difficult situations
