Associate Director, Operational Deals Services (ODS)

Interpath is seeking an Associate Director to join the Value Creation team, delivering key aspects of large and complex I&S transactions from pre-deal to execution. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial team, leveraging experience to deliver high-end programs.

Requirements

• 6 - 8 years' experience in managing integration and separation projects, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of M&A processes, integration and separation methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
