Job Description
As an Intern - Transaction Services, you will support the Transaction Services team in delivering high-quality services to clients, working closely with experienced professionals to execute financial due diligence and advisory projects. You will assist in preparing Financial Due Diligence reports, collecting and validating financial data, and conducting basic financial analyses.
Requirements
- Undergraduate, graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Internship experience in Audit, Transaction Services, M&A, or Private Equity is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing
