Manager / Associate Director, Financial Advisory

Manager / Associate Director, Financial Advisory position at Interpath, an international advisory business with expertise in Deals, Advisory, and Restructuring. The successful candidate will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi-stakeholder, international and domestic restructuring & advisory engagements.

Requirements

• Strong educational background combined with experience at a Big 4, a boutique advisory, investment banking or a Private Equity firm ideally within Restructuring or Debt Advisory.
• Experience in conducting Capital structure analysis, Restructuring options reviews and Cash flow analysis are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including well-developed financial modelling and cash flow model building skills are highly useful in addition to strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines combined with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent business level English and Spanish are essential. Other European languages are welcome.
