Manager or Associate Director, Restructuring

Requirements

• Strong educational background combined with experience at a Big 4, a boutique advisory, investment bank, or a Private Equity firm
• Experience in conducting Capital structure analysis, Restructuring options reviews, and Cash flow analysis are advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including well-developed financial modelling and cash flow model building skills, are highly useful in addition to strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines combined with strong attention to detail
• Fluent business level English and Spanish are essential. Other European languages are welcome.
