Chemist

The Chemist is responsible for supporting product development, formulation, and testing activities within a laboratory and manufacturing environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production to develop new products, improve existing formulations, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in a laboratory, R&D, or manufacturing environment
• Experience with resins, gel coats, polymers, or composite materials
• Strong understanding of basic chemical principles and laboratory techniques
• Strong understanding of lab safety
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
