Technical Manager

The Technical Manager is responsible for leading technical operations, including product development support, process optimization, and technical problem-solving across manufacturing and customer applications. This role serves as a key liaison between R&D, Production, Quality, and Sales, ensuring technical excellence in both internal processes and external customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field required
• 7–10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, technical service, or related roles
• Strong understanding of resins, gel coats, or composite materials preferred
• Experience in product development, process optimization, or technical support
• Proven ability to lead technical teams or initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
