Job Description
INTERPOL is seeking a Head of Cybercrime Intelligence Unit to lead daily operations of a team consisting of personnel seconded from law enforcement agencies around the world and contracted staff with specialized expertise. The successful candidate will oversee communication with member countries and private entities, prioritize and execute threat analysis, and develop actionable intelligence products.
Requirements
- Experienced police officer or official with equivalent professional experience/training
- Five years University education or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in a cybercrime intelligence or investigative role
- Working knowledge of legal issues relating to cybercrime
- Experience in staff supervision, preferably in a criminal intelligence or analysis unit
- Working knowledge of cyber criminality, including hacking, malware, and other online crimes
- Fluent language skills in written and spoken English, with knowledge of another official language (French, Spanish, and/or Arabic) as an additional asset
