Group Packaging Expert Rigid (all gender)

Our Intersnack Group packaging team has a great opportunity for a Packaging Expert Rigid (all gender) in our office in Duesseldorf. As part of our group-wide team, you will be the technical expert in our Rigid packaging category (Metal tins, Composite cans, Glass, jars,...), managing the portfolio specifications and leading the development of innovative packaging solutions with a focus on our sustainability goals and ambitions.

Requirements

• Several years of equivalent technical experience in a comparable role within rigid packaging
• Experience managing international packaging projects and working in cross-functional environments
• Degree in Packaging, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• In-depth understanding/practical experience of rigid packaging like metal tins, lids, glass jars within plant environment and demonstratable knowledge of packaging technologies
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
