(Senior) Business Transformation Advisor - Planning & Materials Management

As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will lead sub-projects within the Transformation Management department, improving procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes. You will bring expertise in project management, process optimisation, and functional specifications.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields
• Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting
• Proven ERP configuration experience in planning-related areas
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing new processes or IT solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Technical expertise in at least two areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning & MRP, Production Scheduling, Workforce Planning, Procurement
