The company has built products on Business Intelligence & Big Data platform and has enabled companies to use data analytics to understand, predict and influence consumer behavior. As a Language Specialist (Customer Support (Email)), you will be working on email support with customers.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in verbal and written in English and any one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably email support
- Native Speaker
- Must have lived in locale for a minimum of 2 out of the past 5 years or a frequent traveler to the locale
- Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and any one of the above languages
- Undergraduate Degree required
- Strong Analytical Skills
