Requirements

• High school graduate (or equivalent) with some college preferred
• At least one year of administrative support experience in a warehouse or retail environment
• At least one year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including AP, AR and Collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel
• Multi-line phone experience required
• Demonstrated use of professional etiquette required
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required
