Family-owned company seeking a Site Manager to manage daily activities, supervise team members, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-growing national janitorial and maintenance company.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in janitorial commercial cleaning services industry or related
- Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees
- Ability to maintain a budget
- Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills ability
- Proven experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization
