Site Supervisor

Interstate is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a team of cleaners at a client location. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, leading a team, and ensuring efficiency of work.

Requirements

• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proven experience supervising 5+ employees
• Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills
• Proven experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele
• Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
• Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in all aspects of janitorial services at large
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
