Job Description
Our hosting team delivers InterSystems' solutions as hosted or managed services, anywhere in the world. We are looking for junior and senior systems engineers to join the team and help us with delivering high levels of availability, performance and security that our clients have come to rely on.
Requirements
- Deployment of server, network and other hosting-related equipment
- Provisioning and deployment of new applications and/or changes
- Hands-on administration and maintenance of hosted solutions and related infrastructure
- Troubleshooting of integration issues
- Consulting with technical stakeholders on the delivery of hosted solutions
- Definition, documentation, operation and continuous improvement of operational processes
- Technical support for all areas of hosted services
- Enhancement of automation of hosting-related processes
