Infrastructure System Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure System Engineer to join our team at NICE IT Operations Center (ITOC) in Pune, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting events and incidents across our global IT infrastructure, as well as providing basic server and network administration support.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering or technical delivery and installation, troubleshooting
• Hands on work experience in IT service operations covering broadly the following areas: Event Management, Windows & Linux administration, VMware, IT Service Management knowledge (Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
• L2 troubleshooting skills on Windows and Linux platforms, experience with Infrastructure Monitoring Tools (SCOM, Solarwinds, Nagios, Tivoli, AppDynamics etc.) and ITSM tools (BMC Remedy, Service Now, ManageEngine etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills, customer focused and should have a customer centric mindset
