Product Manager

InterSystems HealthShare is seeking a Product Manager to help create the next generation of solutions to highly important health and healthcare issues. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of product management experience and experience working with customers or stakeholders to understand and refine product needs at all stages of product development.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of product management experience
• Experience working with application design at an in-depth level, in industry or with a healthcare organization
• Demonstrated success in helping envision, design and bring products to completion
• Experience working with customers or stakeholders to understand and refine product needs at all stages of product development
• Experience with healthcare operations, information technology applications, data integration and interoperability, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience presenting to both technical and business-oriented audiences.
• Ability to work successfully in both team and individual settings, with limited supervision.
• Experience with one or more of the following healthcare standards/technologies: HL7 V2, CDA, FHIR, X12, IHE XDS, XCA, XDR, etc. OMOP, OpenEHR.
• Education: BS in health, technical, or business area or comparable experience required.
