Technical Specialist Graduate

The Technical Specialist Graduate role is intended for recent or soon to be graduates with a background in Computer Science, Physics, Math, or MINT disciplines. The role involves monitoring training executions, reporting incidents, updating training material, and participating in technical trainings and product new releases meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Math, or MINT disciplines
• Excellent communication skills and experience of conducting customer training, workshops and/or presentations
• Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL, data analysis and database methodologies
• Ability to design and write specifications and technical documents
• Well versed in Internet / Intranet concepts
• Advanced English Required
