We are looking for a proactive Building Supervisor/Yard Person with proven experience in overseeing daily building operations, including maintenance and facilities management.
Requirements
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Fully UK Driving licence
- Building maintenance and asset management
- Facilities operations and space management
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance
- Risk assessment and incident management
- Contractor and vendor management
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Sustainability and energy management
- Good IT literacy skills (MS Office/Excel/Word)
