Requirements
- Good IT literacy skills with experience using CRM or similar systems
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales support environment
- Positive and motivated approach with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Experience within a regulated, technical or UKAS-accredited laboratory environment is beneficial
