Requirements

• IT literate
• Strong numeracy skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge and practical application of GxP standards and Quality Management Systems
• Significant experience working within a GMP or regulated pharmaceutical laboratory environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in chromatographic and macromolecular techniques
• Experience in method development, optimisation and validation
• Experience working with large molecules and proteins
• Ability to independently generate, interpret and critically evaluate analytical data
• Experience supporting laboratory investigations, troubleshooting and identifying data anomalies
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior scientists
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures, performance standards, handling chemicals and COSHH
