Scientist – Biophysical Characterisation

We are seeking a Scientist with experience in protein, biologics or biophysical characterisation to join our collaborative and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific foundation and a passion for analytical problem-solving.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• Experience in protein, biologics or biophysical characterisation
• Experience of method development, optimisation or validation
• Experience working in a GxP-regulated laboratory environment (GMP, GLP or similar)
• Experience working with large molecules and proteins
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply scientific thinking
• Good IT, numeracy, and data interpretation skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with colleagues and contribute to client-facing projects
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines
