Job Description
The Area Ministry Director — North Florida (Undergraduate Ministry) will lead and oversee a ministry team to plant and grow witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses in North Florida.
Requirements
- Spiritual maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ
- Leadership skills to inspire, coach, and develop campus staff ministers
- Strong ministry skills, including communication, teaching, and discipleship
- Ability to work well with others and develop a team of campus ministers
- Interpersonal skills to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with office software
