Campus Ministry Associate - WI NE (Undergraduate Ministry)

The Campus Ministry Associate will focus on learning and preparing for the full responsibilities of a Campus Staff Minister. The position involves ministerial functions, teaching students, and leading ministry teams.

Requirements

• Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ
• Practice daily spiritual disciplines
• Pursue spiritual relationships and involvement in a worshipping community
• Continuously learn and grow in spiritual understanding, biblical knowledge, ministry experience, and skills
• Experience and live out an ongoing call to ministry service with InterVarsity and its mission
• Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture to their lives
• Learn about and assist in leading in ministry to students and faculty on campus
• Promote and press forward the Mission on campus
• Learn to guide chapters in the development of strategic thinking regarding witness to the university
• Help to develop student and/or faculty ministry leadership teams
• Engage positively with supervision from the staff ministry director
