Campus Staff Minister (CSM) position to lead undergraduate ministry in Alabama, with a focus on spiritual growth, campus leadership, and organizational collaboration. The CSM will develop and implement ministry plans, build leadership teams, and partner with churches and individuals to resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.

- Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
- Set annual goals through prayer, research, and reflection with your teams
- Develop and execute plans to achieve annual goals
- Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
- Supervise Ministry Interns and Campus Ministry Interns as delegated
- Work with a network of other local, area, regional, and national InterVarsity staff and volunteers
- Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor
- Develop a team of partners – churches and individuals – who will resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service
