Campus Staff Minister - AZ / CO / NM / UT / WY (Graduate & Faculty Ministry)

We are seeking a Campus Staff Minister to join our team in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ministry on a college campus, building relationships with students and faculty, and developing a team of partners to support the mission.

Requirements

• Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ
• Communicate and model InterVarsity's vision
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
• Create, develop, align and leverage ministry plans, programs, teams, and structures
• Develop and execute plans to achieve annual goals
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
• Intentionally gather, invite, and develop diverse groups of students and faculty
• Work with a network of other local, area, regional, and national InterVarsity staff and volunteers
