Campus Staff Minister - Louisiana (Graduate & Faculty Ministry)

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister to join their team, responsible for planting and building witnessing communities of students and faculty on college and university campuses.

• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
• Set annual goals through prayer, research and reflection
• Develop and execute plans to achieve annual goals
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by supervisor
• Communicate regularly with ministry partners
• Develop on-going, long-lasting partnership with alumni and volunteers
