Job Description
The Campus Staff Minister (CSM) is a full-time position responsible for leading ministry on college campuses, pursuing spiritual growth, and collaborating with other InterVarsity staff and volunteers. The CSM will create a culture of humble dependence on God and bold expectation for witnessing communities to start on campus and beyond.
