The Campus Staff Minister role involves spiritual growth, campus leadership, and organizational collaboration to advance the mission of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. The role requires a vibrant relationship with God, self-leadership, and a commitment to InterVarsity's vision and Core Values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus
• A minimum of an Associate's degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
