Job Description
Campus Staff Minister - Wisconsin (Graduate & Faculty Ministry) position at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. The job involves leading ministry on a college campus, building relationships with students and faculty, and developing a team of partners to resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus. A minimum of an Associate's degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
- Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
