- 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic / Visual Design
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
- High attention to detail
- Solid understanding of branding, visual systems, and design guidelines
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
