Join our Shanghai Branch as an Operations Specialist Associate, working in the Operations team in a dynamic, international environment. Execute and confirm payments, transfers, and settlements, manage account services, and follow operational procedures.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant operational experience in a foreign bank branch in China
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Chinese banking regulations, foreign exchange controls, and trade finance practices
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in core banking software and MS Office (especially Excel); Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and payment systems
- Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; Knowledge of Italian is a plus
