Requirements

• Maintain guest room cleanliness, including cleaning all bath/kitchen areas, floors, trash, and dusting/polishing all guest room furnishings.
• Maintain outside room appearance, including cleaning sliding, A/C grill, doors, windows, and removing trash from surrounding outside areas.
• Ensure all areas of hotel are up to company standards, visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, service areas, etc. for quality in cleanliness and presentation.
• Notify supervisor immediately of any safety and/or security violations of policy, as well as any guest concerns.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and keep supplies ready by restocking housekeeping cart.
• Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness.
• Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests.
