Requirements

• Maintain guest room cleanliness
• Maintain outside room appearance
• Ensure all areas of hotel are up to company standards
• Visually inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality in cleanliness and presentation
• Notify supervisor of any safety and/or security violations or guest concerns
• Operate housekeeping equipment and keep supplies ready
• Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
• Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
