Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our hotel properties team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily upkeep of the property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
• Ability to organize oneself and work with limited supervision
• Possess working knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
• Possess knowledge and ability to perform general maintenance repairs
• Ability to work in hot, cold and wet conditions
• Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs
