Job Description
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform daily upkeep of our hotel property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment. The position requires living on property and being on call for emergency situations. Requirements
- Read, speak, write, and understand English
- Compose and express thoughts in a clear and understandable way
- Organize oneself and work with limited supervision
- Manage multiple activities in stressful situations
- Possess working knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
- Perform general maintenance repairs
- Operate hand and power tools
- Work on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
