Job Description
Intracoastal Bank is seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Relationship Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing the commercial real estate portfolio, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through loan origination and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate finance and excellent analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in lending, primarily Commercial Real Estate lending.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong research and problem resolution skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees.
