Corporate Accountant

As a Corporate Accountant at Intrepid, you will play a key role in managing various components of the general ledger and related financial systems, along with supporting additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Responsible for completion of all aspects of cash application to the Salesforce accounts receivable subledger
• Manage the accounting for all non-AR miscellaneous cash receipts
• Manage resolution for other cash disbursements
• Responsible for completion of various monthly close journal entries
• Responsible for preparation of various balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis
• Review of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
• Assist in the preparation of various schedules for annual audit and quarterly reviews
• Assist in the design, development, documentation and implementation of internal controls
• Acting as the primary contact when interacting with department managers, accounting colleagues, and other departments with respect to areas of individual responsibility
