Warehouse Manager

Responsible for overall supervision and operations of warehouses to support Carlsbad, NM mining operations, by directing receiving, warehousing and distribution of parts and materials.

Requirements

• Coaches, counsels, disciplines, and monitors actions & performance of warehouse personnel.
• Maintains warehousing operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting scheduled inventory cycle counts and wall to wall physical counts.
• Monitors, administrates and conducts safety training of warehouse employees.
• Participates in achieving company financial goals by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Investigates and reports on all safety and environmental incidents that occur.
• Designs warehousing reports.
• Troubleshoots remedies issues arising within or from warehouses.
• Assists in warehouses day to day operations as needed.
• Determines if work areas are safe.
• Observes and enforces all safety and company rules.
