AV Integration/Maintenance Technician Lvl 2

Role Overview

Join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Team as an AV Integration/Maintenance Technician to provide audio visual (AV) communications and media support for AV-related system components and programs. This role will support our intelligence community customer out of our Joint Base Anacostia/Bolling location.

What You Will Do

Conduct hardware maintenance and minor installations on equipment, undertake minor system tasks, install and incorporate new releases, updates, or other changes to COTS hardware and software, and provide technical assistance to responding field service personnel.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires an active and current Top Secret (TS) clearance, with the ability to acquire an SCI and CI Polygraph to meet the customer's onsite requirements. The selected candidate will have experience in troubleshooting/maintenance/repair of Telecommunications, Audio Video, or Video Teleconferencing systems, and equipment management.

Requirements

• Active and current Top Secret (TS) clearance
• Associates degree in Communications Electronics, Networking, or equivalent electronics technical program
• Two years of work experience in the related technology area
• Certification related to the technology
• Audio Visual (AV) related certifications
• Ability to perform AV system and video teleconference system troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to manage performance optimization and maintain high levels of availability
• Ability to provide customer support for AV-related needs
